Hmm, interesting.  I’ve studied certain aspects of artificial intelligence within the branch of cognitive science, and there’s value in understanding the human mind from what we can discern from the way robots may think.

When he offers assistance, you resist the urge to wince.  It isn’t infrequent that others underestimate your abilities, and considering how dependent you were on him for the past stretch of time, it isn’t unsurprising that he wouldn’t think much of what you could do.  You resolve to tread as delicately as you can.
