You see Rose tumble and panic instantly crosses your face again, Rose! You scream as you try to pick up your own pace, coming to a clumsy stop and falling over into the snow when you reach her. Your body is trembling as you reach for her, your hand extending to see if she was okay. You look over and let out a small  breath of air that you had been holding once you saw her still smiling.

You extend a hand in her direction and find one of hers, holding it as you laugh light-heartedly.  You can’t take it seriously, because even if you’ve slipped you’re still having the time of your life.

Jade, it’s okay.  Occasionally falling, especially when starting out, isn’t all too uncommon in skiing.

But it looks like I’ve fallen for you this time.

You can’t help but give a silly grin with that one.
